Two different needs analyses will be conducted, the first one titled The speaking needs analysis on bilingual Turkish in Europe, and the other focusing on the young immigrants in Turkey titled The needs analysis of Turkish young immigrants in Turkey.

The preliminary needs analysis (see annex) conducted before the implementation of the Project aimed to obtain information as to the extent the students need interactive materials with regard to the speaking skills. This preliminary needs analysis formed the basis of this current Project. However, these two needs analyses mentioned above will be implemented during the Project.

With these two needs analyses, it is aimed to determine more specific speaking needs such as subjects and themes that show differences between the two target groups. Diagrams, the second output of the project, will be prepared according to the results of these two speaking skill needs analyses.
